Most Important Part of Your Day

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! I start my mornings with Overnight Oats everyday now for past 3 months and feel amazing inside and out. Their not just so fun to make but also have ingredients that overall are healthy and beneficial! They are so popular right now because of how fun,healthy, and creative they can be. You can make them the night before, put it into fridge and in morn ready to eat! Yummy! Their are so many creative recipes but I thought I’d share my favorite ones that are easy to make. Literally takes less than 4 minutes to make and so many nutrients for your body! Always mix well when opened in the morning to eat.Enjoy.

Dragon Fruit Raspberry Overnight Oats

1/3 Cup Oats

3 Tbsp of Plain Greek Yogurt

1/3 Almond Milk(more or less to liking)

1 Tsp Chia Seeds

Add Dragon Fruit and Raspberries to Liking!

1 Squeeze of Honey

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

1/3 Cup of Oats

3 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt

1/3 Almond Milk

1 Tsp Chia Seeds

2-3 TBSP of Peanut Butter(or sub for almond butter)

1 Squeeze of Honey(Adds Sweetness)

Bonus: Add some yum! 1-2 TSP of Dark Chocolate

Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats

1/3 Cup of Oats

1/3 Cup Almond Milk

3 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt

1/3 Cup of Blueberries

Half banana cut to pieces

1 Tsp Chia Seeds

1 Squeeze of Honey

Perfect Cup of Joe

1 Cup of Coffee(any kind you prefer,my choice is Cafe Bustelo)

1 Stick of Cinnamon

2 Tbsp of Honey to sweeten

1 Tsp of Sweetener

3 Tbsp of Almond Milk

Soothing Cup of Green Tea

1 Cup of Green Tea

(Prefer Heb brand during day or nighttime relaxing Chamomile)

1 Stick of Cinnamon

2 Tsp of Honey
