Soups have been around for ages, and are the number one go to when we’re sick. When we’re feeling bad when throat hurts, headache, virus, tummy ache, or just feeling down. We need some yummy soup. I’m not really a fan of chicken noodle soup it’s just kinda boring for me. I guess I’m just notĀ old school, I like the new aged soups and their is many fun ingredients you can whip together! One of my top go to soups is Toscana Soup and the best tasting one I got inspired by is from Olive Garden. So I have a wonderful Copycat Toscana Soup Recipe that my family just loves and enjoys every time I make this recipe. I would love to make this recipe on a cool, cold wintery day but we don’t get that kind of weather here in South Texas where we live. So I make this wonderful soup when the kids are feeling under the weather or just feeling down, this always brightens our day, lifts them up! And I know it will do the same for you family too! Enjoy.
